Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Shopify Developer to join our team. This role involves designing, developing, and optimizing Shopify stores to deliver seamless shopping experiences. You will work closely with our design and marketing teams to implement custom themes, develop new features, and integrate third-party applications that align with our clients’ objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, launch, and manage advanced Shopify stores.
- Customize Shopify themes and create unique front-end designs.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design.
- Collaborate with the design team to translate visual concepts into functional online experiences.
- Optimize website performance to enhance user experience and achieve optimal search engine rankings.
- Integrate and configure third-party apps to extend website functionality.
- Provide technical support and address issues related to Shopify and other e-commerce platforms.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Shopify development.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Liquid templating language.
- Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
- Experience with Shopify’s object/properties, AJAX API, and Webhooks.
- Familiarity with SEO principles, analytics, and e-commerce best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a creative and analytical approach to tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
